Casa Mia is a modern 2-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of the Coronado complex in the Parador area of Nerja, with a lift and a communal swimming pool and gardens that are open all year round. Just inside the front door is a separate, fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, a combination microwave-oven, a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster, plus an iron and ironing board and all the crockery and utensils you need. Beyond the hallway is the open-plan living and dining room, with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a dining table for four and a TV with Spanish and international channels. The living room opens onto an east-facing terrace with a table and four chairs, which gets plenty of morning sun and looks out over the communal pool, the town and the mountains. The main bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), both with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. Between them is a spacious, modern shower room, where you will also find the washing machine. WiFi and air conditioning run throughout. Playa Carabeillo, one of Nerja's most popular beaches, is about 150m away, and the Balcón de Europa, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies and public transport are all within easy walking distance. It is an ideal base for couples and families who want to spend their holiday in the heart of Nerja.

No. The apartment is in the Parador area with supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pharmacies all within a short walk, and the beaches and old town are walkable too. A car is only useful if you plan day trips to places like Frigiliana, Granada or Ronda.
Pets are not allowed and the apartment is strictly non-smoking. We also ask for no noise after 22:00, and we do not accept groups of young people under 20 years old.
