Casa Stella is a newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of the Coronado complex in the Parador area of Nerja, with a lift and a bright, modern open-plan layout. The second bedroom is just inside the front door, with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. The hallway leads into the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The brand-new kitchen has an induction hob, a built-in oven, a separate built-in microwave, a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster, plus all the cookware and utensils you need. The living area has a comfortable sofa, a dining table for four and a TV with Spanish and international channels. Glass doors open onto a west-facing terrace with a table and two chairs, which gets the afternoon sun and the sunset and looks out over the town and the mountains. The main bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm double bed, built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. Between the two bedrooms is the newly renovated bathroom with a shower and the washing machine, and there is also a separate toilet. WiFi and air conditioning run throughout. Playa Carabeillo is about 150m away, and the Balcón de Europa, shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies and public transport are all within easy walking distance.

Playa Carabeillo and Carabeo beach are about 150m away, roughly a two minute walk. Burriana, the large Blue Flag beach with restaurants and sunbeds, is 250-300m. The Balcón de Europa in the old town is 500-600m, about a six to eight minute walk.

No. The apartment is in the Parador area with supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pharmacies all within a short walk, and the beaches and old town are walkable too. A car is only useful if you plan day trips to places like Frigiliana, Granada or Ronda.
Pets are not allowed and the apartment is strictly non-smoking. We also ask for no noise after 22:00, and we do not accept groups of young people under 20 years old.
