Casa Kevin is a 70m² 2-bedroom second-line apartment on the 4th floor of Edificio Acapulco, right next to the Parador hotel in Nerja, looking out over Burriana beach and the sea to the horizon. The apartment sleeps 4, with a double bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second, plus a bathroom and a separate toilet. The building has a lift, a communal swimming pool that is open all year round, and its own open-air communal parking, so guests arriving by car have somewhere to leave it. The building sits on the clifftop at the eastern end of Calle Carabeo, between the Carabeillo cove and the Parador, above Burriana beach. Playa Carabeillo is only about 50m away down the steps from the Mirador del Bendito, Burriana is only about 150m away, and the Balcón de Europa is a 10-12 minute walk. A Covirán supermarket and several bars and restaurants are just a few minutes away on foot.

No. The apartment is in the Parador area with supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pharmacies all within a short walk, and the beaches and old town are walkable too. A car is only useful if you plan day trips to places like Frigiliana, Granada or Ronda.
Pets are not allowed and the apartment is strictly non-smoking. We also ask for no noise after 22:00, and we do not accept groups of young people under 20 years old.
